RAW REVOLUTION, INDIANA!

Hello! My name is Mariya- I am a Raw Foodist from Ukraine, currently living and working in Northern Indiana.  My raw journey began in August 2007 and ever since, i could not justify any other lifestyle that could make one feel so clear-minded, tuned in and vibrant! 

I felt quite alienated, however, not having any support or raw friends locally.  It was TOUGH! That all changed, though, when i started working for a local health food store- Maple City Market- and realized that there were many people interested in living foods. This lead me to have more raw snacks and crackers in the store, start monthly potlucks, and finally carry raw items in our deli!!!

Since I got certified as an Associate Raw Chef at Cousin's Incredible Vitality in Chicago, we also started having Raw Food Preparation Classes at the store! Our store has DVDs for rent and raw Books you can purchase!

My goal is to make anyone's transition into a living foods lifestyle EASIER.  Please contact me with any questions or comments!

CURIOUS ABOUT RAW FOOD PROGRAMS?

I spent 10 days at Brenda Cobb's Living Food Institute in Atlanta, Georgia in November 2009 and recorded my experience almost every day.  I made these videos to track my progress as well as remember what i learned better..
My hope is that they can also be helpful to you if you're interested in raw food courses around the country and would like to get an idea of how they progress...
